Discover interview questions

Interview process was very speedy. Also was interviewing with competing banks. Discover beat the other companies to the punch and got the entire process done in almost a week: from first contact to offer letter in almost 8 business days. Interview schedule was glitched up. They were placed too close to my flight time. The entire transport was arranged by Discover and they had scheduled my interview too close to my in and out flights. HR recruiter guy was a monkey and showed up in a sweatshirt to receive me. Never seen a less professional guy in my career. Lied about my visa application and I had to get help from my SVP to get the company to deliver on the promises they had made to me. Luckily I got his verbal promises to me in writing via email - he declined to include that in his offer letter. Outside of that the process was smooth and very expected. Round 1: Phone screen by HR and phone interview by hiring manager and panel. Round 2: 3 or 4 technical interviews. Average difficulty. Work culture is very family oriented. Benefits were quite good especially tuition program (now measly).
