Very straightforward. It was a wide ranging discussion of key industry trends around various technology platforms as well as the goals of the organization, the team and other considerations. It was among the more positive interviews that I've had.

Interview was on verbal to understand basic internal implementation of React, Springboot, AWS. No coding. I would consider it a useless interview which didn't focus on testing programing skills. It was just bunch of question from javatpoint which a middle age indian guy took. These companies need to improve there interview standards!
