I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Discover (Chicago, IL) in May 2023
Interview
Interview was on verbal to understand basic internal implementation of React, Springboot, AWS. No coding. I would consider it a useless interview which didn't focus on testing programing skills. It was just bunch of question from javatpoint which a middle age indian guy took. These companies need to improve there interview standards!
