interview process was extremely easy. i got an offer on the spot. they just want to make sure you have the basic customer service skills in order to do the job successfully. i went over a script and they were just checking to make sure i didn’t sound like an absolute robot when reading it out loud lol.

The response time for an interview was very quick. Applied and got called for an interview within one week. After initial phone screening, interview was scheduled for a week later.
