Docusign Account Executive SMB interview questions

Overall the process was very smooth! My recruiter Amy Rath was great to work with. She helped me with what to expect and how to prepare for each stage and provided very quick updates (usually same day) after each interview round. The process consisted of a screening call with the recruiter, a 2nd interview with the hiring manager of the team you are applying for, and a 3rd round where you give a sales presentation to the hiring manager/a couple other members of the team.

The interview process was disjointed and lacked quality communication throughout. Total of 3 interviews with HM, CVP, and a sales panel presenting product. After investing personal time for the presentation and taking time off work to conduct the interviews, I was surprised to have been ghosted by the recruiting team. My recommendation is, if you are capable of landing a Sales position, don't waste your time. You will not be valued as a candidate or be given the respect and courtesy of a reply.
