I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Docusign (São Paulo, ) in Apr 2021
Interview
Foi péssima e desrespeitosa. O gestor remarcou a entrevista de última hora e a outra gestora passou dos limites e entrou em temas pessoais como perguntar a profissao dos meus pais, o que é totalmente anti ético e nao adimissível. A gestora nao me deixou à vontade e só queria terminar a entrevista rápido.

Question 1
Conte me sobre voce! Quais os seus motivos para aplicar para esta vaga!
This was a very difficult review to read and not something we like to hear and is unacceptable. If you are open to it, please email Nic.Jagoe@docusign.com. She is our VP of TA and would like to hear more.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Docusign (Dublin, Dublin) in Mar 2021
Interview
I applied online, the first call with the recruiter went quite well. He was very enthusiastic about the company and the role itself. I have the first interview with the Manager. His opening line was : " Sorry XXX, I'm a man so I don't know how to multitask, give me a few seconds.... " The rest of the interview was in line with his opening statement. By the time I got to the end of the interview he told me that for this kind or role they usually hire internally so if I wanted to have a chance I had to go in with a lower role. The feedback from the recruiter came after 5 days. The recruiter told me that I was great candidate but the manager wanted to have me on a different role. Another recruiter was supposed to get in touch with me, then another one... In the end no one reached out to me again. I was very disappointed overall, so much for gender equality! I felt that the manager was very chauvinist.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. This is disappointing to read. If you are open to it, please email Nic.Jagoe@docusign.com. Nic is our VP of Recruiting. She'd like to hear more.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Docusign (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2020
Interview
My application was submitted by an internal employee on August 10th. I received initial contact from the Sr. Sales Recruiter via email on August 11th but it went into my junk folder, unbeknownst to me. The recruiter followed up with a phone call on August 13th and I had my first round scheduled for August 19th. What I appreciate about this cadence is the quick response and effort to continue considering me for candidacy. Rather than move to the next applicant, the recruiter took the time to further reach out. During our initial call, the recruiter explained the role in depth, went over the interview phases, and let me ask as many questions as needed to feel comfortable about moving forward. She was very encouraging, and it felt like she truly wanted me to be successful in the process. The recruiter then followed up with an email providing helpful links and a departmental org chart. Following my first-round interview, I got a call from the same recruiter asking for my feedback and letting me know I was moved into the second and then later final interview. She was once again positive and supportive offering advice for the final stage, promptly responding to all of my emails and even text messages.
The interview process was conducted via Zoom due to Covid. The first round consisted of the direct report, a peer, and a Mid-Market manager outside of the team I was interviewing for. I had 30 minutes with everyone separately and the time flew by. Each person had clearly read my resume beforehand and had it available during our conversation for reference. My previous sales experience was in hospitality, not tech and the questions were all very thoughtful. The interviewers really dug into how my experience would translate into the SMB role. I enjoyed everyone’s positive and approachable demeanor and could really see myself fitting in after this first round. The second round was with the VP of Commercial Sales and was again only 30 minutes consisting of similar questions to the first. It was clear, from our short interaction, that she is someone who knows how to get stuff done and motivate a team. (Two things I look for in a leader.) For the third and final interview, I was given a mock scenario and asked to build a short sales presentation in response. This interview was with the VP, direct report, and outside manager. Following my presentation, I was given both positive and constructive feedback by all interviewers, another indication of a supportive working environment.
It was an intense couple of weeks of interviews, but everyone was very approachable, available, and interested in my success. Following the final round interview, it took about two and a half weeks to hear back regarding my candidacy for he position and I was not ultimately offered the job. Overall, it was a positive experience and I hope for another opportunity to throw my hat in the ring.
