The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Dollar General
Interview
Initial phone interview was fine, however, I was very clear about my expectations and what I would and would not consider. MAIN points were salary and work/life balance. I was referred anyway and met with the DM. At this point I sincerely felt my time had been wasted. They initially said they would seek an exemption for a higher starting salary and made no mention about a standard 6 DAY WORK WEEK.
I applied online. I interviewed at Dollar General (Montgomery, AL) in Apr 2011
Interview
very long. interviewed with the DM and the RM. The interview took over an hour. they were both very nice and easy to talk too. i did an assessment online, then interviewed with the DM, then a separate interview with the RM.
