Question 1
Culture, question and tech question based on previous experiences. Test sent to you. Questions about your responses..
Very weird process, the interviewers came 15 minutes late and the interview lasted 15 minutes, they ended up giving an "elevator pitch" about the company then quickly went through my experience. They literally asked me one question, to talk about my previous experience, and they decided not to proceed. Bear in mind, I am an experienced contractor in Front End Development with all the pre-exquisites needed for this role. The process was very strange. When I asked why I was rejected, the team did not provide a response. Just advice to hiring team, if you are going to interview for a candidate, please don't come 15 minutes late and just ask one question to the interviewer, it shows a lack of professionalism/respect from your team, people are taking time out of their day preparing and taking the interview.
