The process took 6 days. I interviewed at E.ON Next (London, England) in May 2023
Interview
Was sent a message on LinkedIn and called by their recruiter. Call was a screening to find out about if you know about UX Design, your previous experience beifly. Then another call was set up rather quickly with the PM. He was busy so had to be rescheduled. On the day the call was finally held he seemed quite stressed, which was demotivating. Asked me about why I want to join the company, what I know about them. My motivations for my career. Expected to be asked about my design process but that part was skipped (not sure if that was meant to be after this interview).
I applied online. I interviewed at E.ON Next (Bolton, England) in Feb 2023
Interview
Pretty standard straight forward interview which wasn’t too difficult. I was interviewed by 2 people and they were friendly and i heard back within a week. There was 2 stages of the interview.

Question 1
How comfortable do you feel with telling your colleagues when they have done something wrong?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at E.ON Next (London, England) in Mar 2023
Interview
Warm and receptive, I met a lot of interesting people who made me feel very comfortable. The current staff especially those in the London office have been working there for a long time and had great things to say about the company. It was a group recruitment day and we were assigned very interesting tasks.
