Three interviews spanning a month; there was efficient scheduling over email. All interviews were virtual and the interviewers had escalating seniority... everyone who I spoke with was pleasant. medium-plus difficulty
I applied through other source. I interviewed at EY (Wien) in Jan 2025
Interview
It’s a two-step interview process: first with HR, then with the team manager.
They ask about your CV, your experience, and your expectations. At least in my case, there weren’t any technical questions — it was more about processes and personality.
I applied online. I interviewed at EY (Belfast, Nordirland) in Feb 2026
Interview
Interview process was pretty good, with an assessment center and then in person interview. Wait time between assessment center and proceeding to interview was around a week, with the interview scheduled for the week after that. Result of the interview was told after 2 weeks.
Assessment center was not too stressful, with a numerical assessment, then group discussion, then informal chat with employees. Interviewers were very pleasant in the interview, no sense of stress or judgement, no very unexpected questions and they said they appreciated my background research.
