The first round of the group is in English, and the manager face +par face is the Chinese group. First, everyone gets a piece of paper and it is almost an English test. It needs to be translated. You need to answer some open questions and write a small composition. After that, the manager organized everyone to take the initiative to introduce themselves and distribute the case materials. Everyone first reads the materials and then discusses the solution to the problem and the division of labor. Finally, everyone writes their own logic and bullet points on the blackboard as they work on the blackboard. The manager is a one-sided manager asking questions about your resume. "why E&Y" "why auditting" is more conventional. The face is still different from the resume and the manager is different. I will ask some of your career plans. You already want to ask par. The problem.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Baku, ) in Oct 2017
Interview
I applied in January and was contacted by HR in May. The interview process took about a month but then they came back and said they didn't have approval to hire. I was then contacted two months later with an offer. If the hiring process goes through HR it can take a long time. If management bypasses the internal hiring process through taking referrals then the process is much quicker.
I applied through the online website and got called in for an interview with the recruiter, a manager and the partner. It was pretty easy going and everyone was nice.
