After i submitted my application online, I received a phone interview. Then, there was online assessment more on ethics and behavior questions. If passed both of the assessment, the HR will call for face to face interview. During the interview day, we need to write an essay based on the topic give. Then the interview took around 1 hour. Very casual interview.
