An email would be sent to set the interview date and time. The phone interview was around 20 min,interviewer was friendly and gave information about the sector. Several personality and situational questions were asked.

Interview
I had to complete multiple online psychometric tests, followed by a telephone interview, then an assessment centre and then finally a formal 1-1 interview with a partner. The final interview comprised of a 5 minute long presentation and then questions about my skills, strengths and experiences. There was about 10 candidates for the assessment centre and we were split into 2 groups and had a group task as well as an individual written task.
