Perché scegliere te rispetto ad un altro candidato?
For the individual interview, it would be better if you get a manager or a partner to interview with you. If you get a random worker, you do not have any chance to communicate during the process. The interviewee would just rush through the process and might turn out very bad for you.
There were three parts: one-on-one interviews, group discussions, and written tasks. I would say that the one-on-one interview was the most difficult one, the interview lasted for 50 minutes, but the interviewer was nice.
