They asked me to submit my resume. After deliberation they scanned the skills sets on my resume to find the necessary skills or soft skills they need. During this process they focus on my leadership experience and skills. Everything went well and we did manage to go smoothly in my interview. Unfortunately the job position I'm looking for is not available that time.

After you sent the application, they sent the numerical and English tests. The English test is quite straightforward, while numerical needs improvement as questions could be interpreted in a different way
One HR screening, followed by two rounds of interview. Not too technical. Mostly experience based and situation related response. Hiring manager and senior manager interviewed in two rounds. It was about 30 minutes each. Offer was extended after 15 days.
