I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at EY (Washington, DC) in Nov 2012
Interview
The interview process was done in two parts: First, meeting with the Administrative Manager, next was meeting with the four Partners that I would be assigned to support. I met with each individually, and each asked me a different set of questions. Each interviewer was friendly, and in the process, only one person made it feel like an intense interview. The others, it was like having lunch with friends and talking.

Question 1
One question asked was :"What do you expect to get out of this job that you haven't had in any other previously held position?"
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EY (Vancouver, BC) in Oct 2011
Interview
The process took 3 interviews and several months to go through. Very thorough. I first had a phone interview with the recruiter that was in Toronto, ON. This was to go over my skills, abilities, education, expectations and personality. They were looking for fit, as at the time they were looking for an assistant for a specific group.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Boston, MA) in Apr 2015
Interview
1.Phone screen with recruiter
2.Prove It computer test (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
3. On-site interview with hiring manager
The hiring manager gave the ok for me to move in the hiring process to meet Partners as the next step. Over a week went by with no word from the recruiter, then an auto generated email was sent saying they have filled the role (very lazy EY).
