I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EY in Sep 2017
Interview
Initial assessments were fairly straightforward. Research what company makes them and do a ton of practice beforehand to do well.
Strengths based phone interview. I thought it went very well and had extremely good online assessment marks but I was mistaken. Try to figure out which strength they are giving you an opportunity to display in your answer fo each question, I can only imagine where I went wrong was trying to be genuine. I think there was one more step after this.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at EY (Auckland, ) in Mar 2016
Interview
I interviewed for the Auckland office. I was asked to do a verbal/numerical/diagrammatic reasoning test and was invited to an assessment centre. This involved a group exercise with three other people as well as an interview. The group exercised required us to work together to come up with a recommendation in response to a case and then give a short presentation. Assessors watched how we interacted and worked as a team. The interviewed was conducted by two people and was quite pleasant; more like a conversation.
