EY Graduate Tax interview questions

1. Online application without open questions 2. Online tests: Situational; if passed, Numerical+Verbal (5 sections in total) 3. Telephone interview: 9 - 10 strength based questions, about 30 mins 4. Assessment Centre: Ice breaking; Witten tasks; Group discussion

I interviewed for the Auckland office. I was asked to do a verbal/numerical/diagrammatic reasoning test and was invited to an assessment centre. This involved a group exercise with three other people as well as an interview. The group exercised required us to work together to come up with a recommendation in response to a case and then give a short presentation. Assessors watched how we interacted and worked as a team. The interviewed was conducted by two people and was quite pleasant; more like a conversation.
