I had a telephone interview with HR about my background. Then I was invited to tests. There were 2 tests about knowledge of bookkeeping and logical problems. They weren't hard, but time was very limited. Then I had an offline interview with 2 managers of these departments, questions were related my past experience and motivation to work in this industry.
