EY Recruiter interview questions

Initial communication was received via email from the Houston support center to set up a call with an Atlanta recruiter for a week later. The Atlanta recruiter's questions were very technical and specific to the job. - Describe recruiting experiences, what makes you a good recruiter, why do you want this job, what kind of tools do you use to be a good recruiter, what kind of recruiting events have you held, etc.

First round was with two team members, second round with two more team members, third round with one team member. Flew to another office location for second round interviews.
