I applied through college or university. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at EY (Bengaluru) in Nov 2024
Interview
There were multiple sections in assesment. Logical, Quant and Reasoning. Then last two questions were coding in which we can choose our preferred programming language. The questions were basic but requires good understanding of programming. One of the coding questions was to convert binary to integer something like that.

Question 1
For interview very basic questions were asked like where do you see yourself in 5 years, 3 strengths and weaknesses and a scenario where you found a solution for a problem in real life.
interviewer was very friendly, nice asked me questions about myself and talked to me about the company, talked about salary was very open and welcoming, represented company culture, which is very friwedly and nice
All the interviewers were friendly and they gave you a tour of the company but the questions were hard for a recent graduate with no real work experience. This was for a job straight out of college so there were tons of people interviewing that day.
