EY Senior Software Engineer interview questions

Recruiter reached out for phone screening, attended it, salary range mentioned in the job description mis matches with a huge difference. She asked few basic java questions and I answered (probably to make sure I am genuine), later said that she will move my candidature further but reached out back stating my working experience mismatches their requirement, not sure why reached out saying she is impressed in the first case.
