First round - written test for aptitude, English and group discussion.
Second round - technical round - tested on accounting and tax concepts
Final round - Managerial round for about 30 minutes
Lastly HR round to discuss compensation
tech candidate the papers are based on their field(basically mathematic, computer, reasoning, aptitude and grammar) followed with the Email writing test. If the candidate clears the 1st and 2nd round then the chances of getting the job in EY is sure.

They asked me very general questions like
How has your jouney been till now?
Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
What do you know about GST and the recent tax reforms in the state or country?
Why Tax Analyst and why EY?
And some more questions based on your C.V and interests.
