Fue una entrevista grupal, aproximadamente 10 personas contando las dos chicas de recursos humanos. Primero nos presentamos, nombre, edad, que estudias/estudiaste, por qué estas interesado en formar parte de la empres y 3 características de tu personalidad. Una pregunta en inglés y después un caso para resolver de manera grupal.

Las preguntas fueron de acuerdo a lo que uno iba contestando en el momento de describirse. La pregunta en inglés era describirse en tres palabras o algo que te gustaría cambiar respecto a personalidad.

Interview

It was fairly easy. They check communication skills rather than technical knowledge. Then they gave sone scenarious and asked how i would i respond to it. It was relatively easy.

Interview

Got in through college placements after my UG. They had an initial screening test which was online. It was easy. They asked more general questions. Communication was what they tested. They also has an analytical problem to solve at the end.
