EY Technology Consultant interview questions

Overall the interview process is quite smooth. First you have to write a short one page essay based on 1 choice of yours out of 5 topics given. The interview process had 2 stages. First stage is case studies question with hiring manager then second stage is interview with partner on behavioural and cultural fit. It took them 1 week to give their answer on hiring decision.

EY Indonesia The first stage was a preliminary test lasting 3 hours The second stage was a 1.5 hour interview with the department leader who you will be working under. It has been one month since the interview but I have not heard back from them.
