Abholung durch HR Mitarbeiterin am Empfang. Zu Beginn des Gesprächs small talk, nette Begrüßung. Dann klassisch Lebenslauf vorstellen mit Zwischenfragen, Verbindung zur Position. Danach Gespräch über fachliche Zusammenhänge.
Gesamtdauer ca. 1,5h.
Fordernd aber sehr fair und cool.
