Evolution interview questions

Started with a phone screen, then a little take home test which was mainly giving me a chance to review their current portfolio. I had some phone interviews and video conferencing (they prefer video). There were not a lot of hard questions, so it was really hard to tell how I was doing. They surprised me with an offer before I really had a chance to visit or get a good feel for the company, which always makes me nervous.
