Evolution interview questions

If you are female and attractive, you are automatically given a pass through the interview process. If you are male or unattractive, they likely will pass on you. Evolution Gaming has highly unethical and gender-biased hiring practices. Interview process requires a face-to-face interview and a screen test. Interviewer asks you basic questions about your character and work ethic. After 15 minutes, you are given a tour of the workplace and the studio. In studio, you are asked to present yourself in front of the camera. You are shown a simple card procedure, and have to replicate while general questions about yourself.
