The whole interview process consisted of 3 main parts. First a phone interview with a recruiter working for the company, next a virtual interview and lastly an assessment centre. Due to Covid the assessment centre was done entirely virtually as well.

Phone screening(~10 mins), the hr will call you to confirm some of your personal information and ask you briefly about the role you are applying to, then confirm the date and time for the phone interview.
Phone interview(~30 mins), the hr will ask more in-depth questions e.g. self-introduction, why do you apply for FDM, the business model of FDM. They will send you the questions beforehand.
