I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group (London, England) in Oct 2019
Interview
Submitted CV online. Then a short video interview where they ask what you think the role is about, why you think you would be a good fit. Then you are invited to a video interview which you have 3 days to complete, this will ask straight forward task based questions based on their 7 core values. Super predictable and easy - just use loads of examples and they will be happy. Then invited to an assessment centre where you have to do a verbal, numerical sequences and diagrams test - all easy. Then you have 3 quick fire 1 on1 interviews - again, simple task based questions.
