Thank you for your review. We are happy that you liked our interview team, and see possibilities in FlixBus. We are sorry you had a mixed experience; however, we believe we did act in our previously stated principles and would like to clarify some details around the topics mentioned. As for the reimbursement and receipts. It is due to German regulation that we must ask for the original tickets. Prior each onsite interview all our candidates receive our onsite travel policy where we clearly state that we do not reimburse food and drinks. In case you did not receive the details by mistake we understand the frustration. In addition, we aim to provide a good experience by handling all the long-haul travel and the accommodation by ourselves, so our candidates do not have to pay to travel to us and get reimbursed later.
Being a tech heavy company, diversity is a topic that requires our constant attention. Keeping that in mind we have more than 60 different nationalities working in Munich for us. Along with our growth, we are also working on other types of diversity initiatives.
