GlobalLogic Associate Analyst interview questions

It had two rounds. One had a jam session and the next round was just about my introduction and a basic question. It's a waste of time to attend interview there. They conduct interviews and say you're selected but don't reach you at all. As if it was a dummy interview. They never reached me again inspite of promising an offer letter. It has happened two times to me. The same behaviour. It's very unprofessional.
