GlobalLogic Associate Analyst interview questions

I went through campus Aditya Degree college and they said multiple times this is pure non-IT role, if you want to quit, quit now don't waste our time, First CBT then Single Person Face to face interview then 3 members did interview, then a small puzzle given on paper, i solved somewhat, but they said the exact explanation, After 1 hour, they selected me.

I reached the GlobalLogic Hyderabad location at 9:00 AM. To enter the lobby, an OTP was required. I contacted the HR representative for the OTP, but there was no response. After waiting for an hour, I finally received the OTP via a message from HR. Once I reached the lobby on the 6th floor, HR was collecting resumes. After another hour, they collected mine. During the interview, they started asking questions, and when I was explaining my work experience, another HR colleague approached and interrupted the conversation. After speaking with each other for a few seconds, the HR representative turned to me and said, "Sorry, we need excellent communication skills." I traveled 576 km for this interview, only to be dismissed unfairly. If I had support at that moment, I would have knocked him on his nose. I don’t know his name, but he was wearing a red shirt and had a sharp nose.
