I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at GlobalLogic (Kiew, ) in Sep 2013
Interview
Initial communication via Skype, fast replies but not much details on position. Interview was planned fast on upcoming days. Got mail with details on how to find office and presentation about company, values, etc. Interview with HR then with team lead - in total around 1-1.5 hour. They were 1 day late with giving result and feedback, but were fast while negotiating salary (and hold promise).
General impression: fast, easy and transparent communication. In comparison to other companies and interviews - the most nice I had.

Question 1
describing the uncomfortable/difficult working situations. Not unexpected question, but rather not my favorite one.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at GlobalLogic (Noida) in Sep 2014
Interview
HR was very friendly through out the process but rest of the interview process was not well managed. One telephonic round followed by two face to face round. Telephonic round was 1.5 hrs long. But face to face round was very brief as Interviewers were not aware of the requirements themselves.
