I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GlobalLogic (Bangalore Rural) in Mar 2026
Interview
Extremely disappointed with my interview experience.
I attended an in-person interview on 17 March for a Golang Developer role. The process included three technical rounds followed by a techno-managerial round, which required significant time and effort.
After the interview, HR (Ritesh - Associate, People Development, Noida) connected with me over a phone call, discussed and negotiated the CTC, and confirmed that they would proceed further with my profile.
However, despite this, there has been absolutely no communication or update for over a week. Even after sending a follow-up email, I have received no response.
As a candidate, investing this much time and going through multiple rounds, the least expected is transparent communication and timely updates.
The interview process itself seemed structured, but the lack of post-interview communication reflects poorly on the overall candidate experience.
Companies should respect candidates’ time and effort and ensure proper closure, regardless of the outcome.
Just got a call from hr asked whether I'm interested in post , she was very kind and all asked me to update my cv and questions were mostly based on my resume we talked for a while told she'll get back and got a mail that I'm shortlisted but after that no follow ups
