I recently had the opportunity to interview at GlobalLogic, and I wanted to share my experience for those considering a similar path. The interview process consisted of three rounds: two technical interviews and one HR round.
In the first technical round, the focus was on problem-solving with questions related to prime numbers and pointers. I found these questions to be engaging and a good test of my coding skills. The interviewer was supportive and provided hints when needed, which made the experience less stressful.
The second round was more focused on my previous projects and SQL queries. I was able to discuss my hands-on experience and how I applied my skills in real-world scenarios. This round felt more like a conversation, which helped me showcase my knowledge and passion for the field.
The HR round included typical HR questions, such as discussions about my strengths, weaknesses, and career goals. It was a straightforward round that allowed me to express my aspirations and fit for the company culture.
Overall, I would rate the difficulty of the interview process as easy to moderate. The interviewers were professional and created a comfortable environment, making it a positive experience. I encourage anyone preparing for interviews at GlobalLogic to brush up on their technical skills and be ready to discuss their projects in detail. Good luck!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GlobalLogic (Córdoba) in Aug 2024
Interview
It was a one-round interview. He asked some coding questions and questions around Java concepts like OOPS and Hashmap etc. Then he moved on to SQL questions. He gave one basic interview question to solve.
