GlobalLogic Sr Software Engineer interview questions

1 telephonic interview , followed by 2 technical discussions. 1 client round interview. Sound technical knowledge needed to clear the interviews. The whole interview process took 2 weeks and have good HR /immigration team

How senseless and dump HR department this company got. I got a call from globallogic hr and I had provided with all details she asked over phone and email including current CTC and expected CTC, she was fine with my CTC and scheduled an interview and wasted my 2 hours every day for 4 days, after all discussion I received a congratulations mail for clearing all rounds and asked to send documents with expected CTC. After I had sent documents, I haven't received any mail from her and no response for my call. If they can't offer CTC what I have expected then why do they waste people's time and energy.
