Interview
The team is such a mess and disorganized at their hiring. First of all, the process is very long and has 6-7 rounds as the recruiter described. Second, the team ghosted you, and the recruiter didn't know what was happening. I have been waiting for almost 1 month since I submitted the take-home assignment (round 3). The next round was supposed to be a review session as we talked. One day the recruiter reached out to me asking for a time schedule to chat with the team. I replied to check if that would be a review session, and then the recruiter immediately responded to withdraw the previous email and declined my application. I didn't even have the chance to review the exercise with the team and got rejected without explaining why. The exercise was not too hard but this was very disrespectful to the candidates.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gopuff (Los Angeles, CA) in Jul 2022
Interview
1 recruiter screening call, 1 round with the hiring manager, 1 hour technical round, 30 min culture fit. I initially interviewed and only got through the round with the hiring manager before the recruiter Leo C. Let me know that the position was filled. I didn’t have a problem with that and let him know that I was still interested and to let me know if another position opened up. He followed up two months later to interview again when another position opened up. Super happy with the communication from Leo throughout the interview process and how he kept me in mind. I got an offer the next week.
