I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Gopuff (Blacksburg, VA) in Nov 2021
Interview
I was given inaccurate information prior to the interview and what they needed was not what I agreed to do. Biggest miscommunication was about what hours I would be working. I walked out of the interview within 5 minutes.

Question 1
The only question asked was if I knew what hours I would be working and when I told them the hours I was told I'd be working prior to the interview they said they don't need workers for those hours and only need people overnight.
Got to meet the different team members, very friendly and asked about my experience. Answered all my questions clearly and was transparent about the process. Was not very difficult, as I found it personable

Experience with stakeholders and how I work with them?
I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Gopuff in Jan 2023
Interview
The interview process was extremely disjointed and wound up spanning 2 months. I completed 3 interviews and then heard nothing for weeks. The recruiter contacted me to resume the interview process with the CFO but then informed me that the next steps would include a round of interviews with 3-4 people. Almost 8 interviews is extreme, so I mentally checked out of the process.
