Gopuff interview questions

I was direct messaged on linkedin, unsolicited. It looked like a cut-n-paste message that likely went out to dozens of people. I replied and said I was open for a call. Im always open to have a conversation. Waited over a week and never heard back. Sent a DM to check in. Waited another number of days. Finally got the "oh, sorry I havent replied" story. It's literally your job and you contacted me. Anyway, we set up a time to have a phone call. Surprise! They never showed up. The communication has been horrible and unprofessional. I understand places are busy and likely getting way more applicants than expected. But do your job. Be accountable. Be professional. You are a reflection of the the company you represent. Even though people need jobs, we still want to work at a place that's run correctly.

I applied online. Two months later, I received an email to schedule a phone interview. I was sent a link to set up time using recruiters calendar. Very simple ,to the point for the initial phone interview.
