H&M Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

they asked me questions such as what is your name? how are you today? would you like a job? blah and other stuff? I found it was intesting but mostly I'm just making this up because you did a hardsell and I don't like it.

Very simple, the employer makes you feel comfortable. The interviewer asked me various questions on the phone. She gave me different scenarios to work with. I also had to do role place on the phone, where the customer couldn't find the right size for their outfit and I had to go on HM website and try and find it for them. Role Play was straight forward and simple.
