The interview was very straight forward, group setting and asked basic customer service questions. We answered the questions, then filled out paperwork. Waited for the background check then proceeded within a week or so.

The interview process for this role is thorough. From the HR team to Engineering management, this organization wants to be sure that you align with its core values. In my opinion, those values are effective communication, creative innovation, and a detail oriented approach to distribution. At no time was communication with the staff difficult, and I couldn't have asked for an easier process. Expectations were very clear from the start.
