Well, I went to the store and and filled out the paperwork. Then, one of the managers told me the hiring manager was there, so I went to the backroom and she basically looked over my paperwork and we chatted for a bit. This consisted of just questions that she asked about my major, and just general stuff getting to know me, I guess to see if I was personable or not. After that, she told me she would let me know about her decision via phone call. I got a phone call two days later, and told I was hired.
