I applied online. I interviewed at HubSpot (Dublin, Dublin) in Jan 2017
Interview
Several stages, first with HR and then with hiring manager over the phone, followed by a couple of onsite interviews with location manager, potential colleagues and again hiring manager. Very helpful feedback from HR during and after the interview process.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot (Dublin, Dublin) in Nov 2014
Interview
I applied through LinkedIn contacting the recruiter that posted the opening. After a couple of days I got a screening call with her. Nothing more than evaluating key aspects that they require for this job. Be prepared for a kind of oral exam with no opportunities to engage or feel important for them.
After that I was asked to fulfil a "sales readiness" test that takes about an hour of my time to complete, and tries to evaluate if you are good at this, and gives advice to your hiring manager in the process. Hint: Google for some examples of this quiz to see what are the key points where you are evaluated.
Some weeks after, I had a call of my hiring manager and a role play. Typical business questions (nothing too complicated if you have experience in sales), and a role play to understand if you can talk to business people about their solutions. This requires preparation beforehand.
After this, I had the same meetingon skype (to double check my capabilities) but without the role play. This meeting was very metric oriented (sales, calls a day, opps/week, target, conversion rates, kind of questions, etc) and also zero opportunity to find a way to engage.
After all this, I was not asked to fly to Dublin for next steps. Dissapointing.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They go too deep into not very important metrics for account managers. Calls a day, how many of them are interesting conversations, how many turn into opps to develop, etc...
