Total waste of time.
They're going to ask you to have about 6-7 separate conversations.
Once you get to the role play exercise, they'll send you a ton of documents. You're not supposed to be an "expert," but they'll 100% pigeon hole you into missing points about competitors or differentiators.
At the end of the day, I wouldn't waste your time. It's evident they're the type of sales floor that doesn't give a care about you, it's all about them and what can you do for me - puke.
The rumors I've heard about churning through reps.. yeah, I would tread carefully.
Nooo thanks
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Typical questions - why hubspot?
Tell me about your experience..
What can you do for our org?
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
1st a call with the recruiter, then a 2nd call with the Manager of the team and finally the last round is 4 interviews at once during more than 2 hours without any break!!
On the top of that you have to work on a case study before hand which you have to present during one of these 4 interviews.
Very bad experience as the 4 interviews without any break was very stressful and tiring but the worst is that even if you took 2h of your time interviewing with Hubspot and spending few other hours working on this case study, this company and their recruiters don't even take few minutes to give you a call you with the feedback of this interview. Instead you will receive a very short email. Very disappointing!
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at HubSpot (Dublin, Dublin) in Jan 2019
Interview
Phone screen with recruiter then Zoom video interview with hiring manager, then no word for a week until I prompted for feedback then a call with recruiter who didn't say much since she hadn't spoke with hiring manager to get detailed feedback.
