I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot
Interview
Didn't apply (from a Hubspot office ex-USA) but had been approached on LinkedIn by a Hubspot recruiter, was who very nice, helpful and supportive.
There were 4 rounds, the first of which was with the recruiter, covering motivations and other ex-professional achievements; round 3 with another manager; and round 4 was with a few directors.
Throughout the interview process, there were questions related to knowing the product, the competitive landscape, your self awareness, motivations, and cultural fit. It seemed pretty clear that Hubspotters are infectious, people who are ready to engage and get a conversation going.
Some questions that were a little different are rather common in the tech industries (teach me something) or related to Inbound Marketing, so read up and know your stuff before attempting any round.

Question 1
(Follow up to a qn on customer facing experience): What would you change in that process that you went through to improve things?
Describe [insert whatever topic] to me.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot (Cambridge, MA) in Mar 2013
Interview
First I had a phone interview, and then a week later I had six in-person interviews back-to-back. The interviews themselves were not very hard, it was just stressful/tiring to have them all in one day. The questions mostly revolved around my previous experience, my thought process around problem solving, and how I work as a member of a team.

Question 1
Let's say you get this job. In six months, what will be your manager's criticism?
I communicated with two different recruiters, both of whom were very friendly and willing to answer my questions. There was an initial phone screening and then a day of interviewing at the office in Cambridge. The work environment was very casual and probably as a result of this my interview day was rather disorganized. One of the people who I was supposed to meet with decided not to come in until noon and so I met with the other 4 people in a different order and did not speak to the 5th at all.

Question 1
The third person I met with asked me to tell him things I had learned about the company. Not a particularly hard question, but it kind of caught me off guard. Luckily I had taken some notes during the previous meetings.
