Three stage process, presentation, panel, online test. Various stakeholders involved. Friendly interview style - they were not trying to catch you out. They wanted to understand geuine motivations for the role.

So fun! Good panel. Good flow of interview. Good questions asked, give more scenarios. It was an enriching experience, highlighting their global humanitarian impact. It allowed me to showcase my communication skills, discuss my passion for storytelling, and align my values with their mission.
