IFRC interview questions

I applied through the online system. After about two weeks, I was contacted to do an online written test that lasted two hours. When I passed, I was invited to a competency based interview that lasted an hour with direct supervisor, HR and head of delegation.

You walked into a cozy looking office. Overall - not so overwhelmingly intense, and cool. A general introduce yourself. Interviewer is very reflective, which is what I like. So, it best for candidates to prepare for very dynamic questions. Be friendly, keep cool, that's all!
