Initial 15 minute phone interview. Very friendly interviewer who put me at ease. She Described the job I was interviewing for. This was a phone screening for a face to face interview.

Informal- Interview was a lot of questions and chatting. Interviewer was easy to speak to and I left the meeting feeling good . The hiring process did take a really long time and after 2 months I was finally offered a job. I was given a start date, however the start date changed twice.

The entire interview process took more that 3 months. It was a talent program kind of event organised for many candidates for different roles. It was a creative interview process.. very different from the regular corporate interviews. It was a whole day event with multiple tasks for the candidates. N finally had a one on one interview of 10 mins. The judgement was on overall basis and no typical interview questions were asked. Still waiting for the company to revert on the final selections!
