Got a email with a link to record your answer first. Then they will give you a phone call to follow up. Then they will invite you to meet with the manager face to face.

When was the time you are dealing with a difficult customer and how did you resolve it
Good the interview was smooth.The interview process typically involves an initial phone screening, followed by one or more in-person or virtual interviews. These may include meetings with the team, skills tests, and behavioral questions to assess your fit for the role and company.
Phone screening, then In person interview, basic questions, then drug test and phone screening. Overall took two weeks from start to finish, but you have to get a drug test
