I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at IKEA (Milton Keynes, England) in Jun 2021
Interview
Relatively easy interview process, was done with 2 of their staff simultaneously. Fairly easy questions which began with questions testing your knowledge of the company and its vision. The next set of questions ask you to describe how you would best fit the role and from this point the questions became a lot more personal. Once again, very straightforward
