Invited to answer short video questions and then was invited to attend an in-store event where we did a group activity and had interviews. We were pressed for time during the interview because there were so many applicants. We rushed through and I don't feel like I got to express myself fully because none of the questions were about my strengths/weaknesses/career goals.
